Waiheke Island

A total paradise, an adults playground....full of vineyards and beaches. There are so many beautiful beaches....just need to find one that isn’t windy. And there are plenty of vineyards to choose from. There’s Stonyridge, which is pretty pompous and expensive....but the views are lovely and there two resident cats (major plus). There’s Te Motu which has a cosy garden and a very reasonable wine tasting option. But by far the most superior winery is Mudbrick....incredibly beautiful grounds and views, very reasonable wine tasting options.....oh and they have a cat too!
